County Bihor County Population (2002)[1] 6,354 Time zone EET (UTC+2) – Summer (DST) EEST (UTC+3) Cefa (German: Tscheppensdorf) is a commune in Bihor County, northwestern Romania with a population of 6,124 people. It is composed of three villages: Ateaş, Cefa and Inand. It also included five other villages until 2003, when they were split off to form Gepiu and Sânnicolau Român Communes.
