Răbăgani

Răbăgani

Rabagani, in Bihor County, Romania, is a village and the seat of the commune with the same name, about 50 km south of Oradea, with a population of about 1,000 in 2004. It was mosly Hungarian until 1955, when it became equally split 50/50 with the Romanian community. The 1% of the population that was Jewish left shortly after World War II.
