Disks large homolog 3 (DLG3) also known as neuroendocrine-DLG or synapse-associated protein 102 (SAP-102) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DLG3 gene.[1][2] DLG3 is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) superfamily of proteins.

DLG3 has been shown to interact with GRIN2C,[3] PTK2B,[4] GRIN2A,[5][3] GRIN2B,[6][7][5][3] SYNGAP1,[8] CRIPT,[3] DLG4,[9] EXOC4,[6] APC,[10] KCNJ12[11] and EXOC3.[6]
