The mall was originally an office building but was converted into a mall in the early 1990s.
It contains Asian themed venues, varying from China, Japan, and Korea.
The mall consists of three levels, and has an up-only escalator leading to the second floor. Two elevators are available, in addition to a flight of stairs. There are restaurants located on both the top and the bottom floors. On the bottom floor, shops sell a variety of items including furniture, DVDs/CDs, clothing, baked goods, souvenirs and candy. Both floors contain a hair salon as well as various gift shops. The top floor is home to the Regency Palace, a seafood restaurant, and other Chinese organizations. A karate dojo is present on the third floor.
