In 2002 was not sent to a State Representative.
The State Organization has produced one designated as Nuestra Belleza Internacional México in 2011 with Karen Higuera, she being the first and only woman from her state to win a crown of Nuestra Belleza México.

- Berenice Cosio is a cousin of Daniela Cosio
- Daniela Cosio was 1st Runner-up in Nuestra Belleza México 2005 and represented Mexico in the Reinado Internacional del Café 2006 in Manizales, Colombia. She signed with Major Model Management in New York and Milan. After acquiring representation, Cosio's modeling portfolio quickly began to expand, and she appeared in international edition of Vogue and Maxim Magazine. As a runway model, she has walked the catwalks for designers such as Marchesa, Guess?, Baby Phat, Chado Ralph Rucci, Mara Hoffman, Project Runway, Georges Hobeika, Iceberg, Marithé François Girbaud, Vivienne Westwood, Betsey Johnson, and Pamella Roland. In 2010 Cosio was featured in Pantene Shine Satisfaction Commercial.
- Karen Higuera was semifinalist in Nuestra Belleza México 2010 but also she was elected as Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2010-2011 by the Nuestra Belleza México Organization to represent Mexico in Miss International 2011.
