The Miss Universe Nederland 2009 pageant was held on June 27, 2009. This year only 12 candidates are competing for the national crown. Each delegate represents a province of the country. The chosen winner will represent The Netherlands at the Miss Universe 2009 and Miss World 2009. The First Runner Up will enter Miss International 2009. The Second Runner Up will enter Miss Tourism Queen International 2009. The winner of best national costume, the costume will be use in Miss Universe 2009.
