Route 31

County Route 31

County Route 31 is a north–south route located in the Towns of Le Roy and Bergen named West Bergen Road. CR 31 begins its south end at New York State Route 19 (Lake Rd.) at the Le Roy Village Line. From there Route 31 proceeds northwest and turns north. On its route, Route 31 passes under the New York State Thruway/Interstate 90 and not too long after intersects New York State Route 33 (Clinton St.) at just over 4.6 miles. County Route 31 continues due north, heading through the hamlet of West Bergen before coming to its north end at NY 262/CR 13 (Townline Rd.) in the Town of Bergen.

Route 32

County Route 32 is an east–west route in the Towns of Pembroke and Batavia. CR 32 starts its west, named as Pratt Road at CR 4 (Indian Falls Rd.) and starts to heads east, but first turns north for a short distance and then due east. For the next three and a half miles, CR 32 parallels to the south of the New York State Thruway/Interstate 90. At 4.37 miles, Pratt Road ends at Kelsey Road. CR 32 turns south to head on Kelsey Road for a short distance until its end at NY 5 (Main St.) in Batavia.

Route 34

County Route 34 is an east–west county route located in the Town of Stafford. County Route 34 begins its west end at New York State Route 33 (Clinton St.) just east of the Batavia-Stafford Town Line. CR 34 starts out named as Horseshoe Lake Road as it curves south and then turns east away from its start; and intersecting CR 19B at approximately 0.9 miles. CR 34 continues east until it reaches Morganville Road at 2.74 miles where Route 34 turns southeast along it. At 3.09 miles, CR 34 reaches its end at New York State Route 237 (Morganville Rd. /Byron-Holley Rd.) in the hamlet of Morganville.

Route 35

County Route 35 is a north–south route named East Road in the Town of Bethany. CR 35 begins at the Wyoming County Line as the continuation of Wyoming CR 7 (E. Bethany Rd.) from the south. CR 35 heads due north through Bethany, intersecting US Route 20 (Broadway) at 2.45 miles. Just before its end, CR 35 turns east and comes to its northern terminus at New York State Route 63 at 4.35 miles.

Route 36

County Route 36 is a fairly short north–south county route located on the Darien-Alexander Town Line, hence its name Darien-Alexander Town Line Road. CR 36 starts at the MWyoming County Line where Wyoming CR 5 (Church Rd.) has its north end. From there CR 36 heads due north along the town line, only intersecting Attica Road (CR 45) at 0.38 miles before coming to an end at New York State Route 238 (Buffalo St.) at 0.60 miles. Darien-Alexander Town Line Road itself continues north of NY 238 along the town line to US Route 20 (Broadway).

Route 37

County Route 37 is an overall east–west route, although it starts out running north–south. CR 37 begins as Wortendyke Road at New York State Route 33 (Genesee St.) and heads north. At just under nine-tenths of a mile, CR 37 turns east to run along South Main Street Road towards to City of Batavia. The section of Wortendyke Road north of here to NY 5 (Main St.) is also part of County Route 37, although only 0.11 miles in length. Now, CR 37 heads easterly towards the city, and parallels south of New York State Route 5. CR 37 passes north of Meadowbrook Golf Course just before it reaches the city line where the county route designation ends. The roadway itself continues into the city to NY 33 and NY 98.

Route 38

County Route 38 is a north–south county route located in the Towns of Bethany and Batavia. County Route 38 starts at US Route 20 (Broadway) in Bethany and heads north named Francis Road. At 3.98 miles, and just into the Town of Batavia, CR 38 reaches the intersection of Putnam Road, on which CR 38 turns northeast to run on. Putnam Road southwest of here is CR 47. Route 38 continues northeast for a short distance until it reaches Shepard Road, at 4.69 miles, where it turns north to run along. Not long after assuming its new name, CR 38 comes to its north end at New York State Route 63 in the Town of Batavia.

Route 39

County Route 39 is a north–south county route located within the Towns of Pavilion and Stafford. County Route 39 starts its south end at the Wyoming County Line and the intersection of Hudson and Crossman Roads on the County Line. The roadway continues south of the county line as Wyoming CR 53. Route 39 heads north-northeast and intersects NY 63 at 1.64 miles. North of NY 63, CR 39 assumes the name Cook Road and intersects no other roadways until it reaches US 20 (Broadway). Again CR 39 changes names, this time assuming the name Hartwell Road north of US 20. At 4.75 miles, Hartwell Road/CR 39 reach Junction Road and it turns east to run along it for a very short distance of only 0.12 miles. There CR 39 turns north on Covell Road till its end at CR 2 (E. Bethany-Le Roy Rd.) in Stafford.

Route 40

County Route 40 is an east–west route located within the Town of Le Roy named North Road. CR 40 starts its west end, north of the hamlet of Fort Hill, at New York State Route 19 just south of the NYS Thruway crossing. From here Route 40 heads east, paralleling to the south of I-90/NYS Thruway for most of its length until it reaches the Monroe County line. Here the CR 40 designation ends and the Monroe CR 139 designation starts.
