Route 21

County Route 21

County Route 21 is an east–west route located in the Towns of Darien and Alexander. CR 21 begins its west end at the Erie County Line at CR 166 (North Rd.) From there Route 21 proceeds east through Darien as Sumner Road, passing north of Darien Lakes State Park just before intersecting New York State Route 77 (Alleghany Rd.) at 3.76 miles. As CR 21 crosses NY 77, it passes directly south along Darien Lake Theme Park Resort. When Route 21 reaches the intersection of Walker and Simonds Roads at 6.39 miles, CR 21 turns north to run along Simonds Road for a short distance before turning east on Bennett Road to resume its eastern track. Not long after, CR 21 reaches the intersection of Ridge Road, and once again changes names, this time named Dodgeson Road as the route proceeds east. From here County Route 21 begins to head in a more northeasterly direction now through the Town of Alexander. CR 21 finally reaches its east end at New York State Route 98 (Alexander Rd.) at 12.81 miles.

Route 22

County Route 22 is a northwest–southeast route in the Towns of Alabama and Oakfield named Lewiston Road. Route 22 begins its south end at New York State Route 63 northwest of the Village of Oakfield. CR 22 proceeds northwest crossing into the Town of Alabama before coming to an end at County CR 12 (Lewiston Rd./Lockport Rd.).

Route 23

County Route 23 is a north–south county route located in the Town of Alabama. CR 23 begins its south end at New York State Route 63 (Judge Rd.) and heads north along Knowlesville Road, until it reaches Ham Road, where Route 23 turns west, but shortly after turns north and resumes the name Knowlesville Road. Genesee CR 12 is intersected at 1.92 miles, as Route 23 heads north. Shortly after CR 23 turns northeast then north again as it passes the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge on the west side and the Oak Orchard State Wildlife Management Area that lies to the east. At 4.79 miles, CR 23 ends at the Orleans County Line where CR 23 ends and Orleans CR 28 (Shelby Rd.) begins.

Route 24

County Route 24 is a north–south route named Oak Orchard Road. County Route 24 begins at New York State Route 98 (Quaker Hill Rd.) just north of the Village of Elba. Route 24 heads north paralleling close to NY 98 for a mile till CR 24 reaches the intersection of Genesee CR 12 (N. Byron Rd./Lockport Rd.), where CR 24 turns to run northeast, and later turn back northerly in direction. At 3.67 miles, CR 24 reaches the Orleans County Line where the name continues, however the roadway becomes designated as Orleans County Route 98.

Route 25

County Route 25 is a general east–west county route, however it starts out north–south as Circular Hill Road. CR 25 begins at New York State Route 5 (E. Main Rd.) and heads north for just 0.76 miles until it turns east to head along Gulf Road for the remainder of its route. When the route reaches the Monroe County Line, the Genesee CR 25 designation ends and the roadway becomes Monroe CR 147 and named Flint Hill Road.

Route 25A

County Route 25A is a relatively short north–south route named Circular Hill Road. CR 25A begins at CR 25 and is the continuation of Circular Hill Road north of CR 25. At 1.72 miles, CR 25A reaches its end at CR 17 (Oatka Trail).

Route 26

County Route 26 is a designation given to two separate sections of roadway within Genesee County, but both linked by [Batavia-Oakfield] Townline Road.

Eastern section

The eastern section begins at New York State Route 77 (Alleghany Rd.) just north of Indian Falls. CR 26 proceeds east as Ledge Road until 2.89 miles where CR 26 turns south onto Maple Road for 0.4 miles until it again turns, this time east onto Townline Road for the remainder of this segment to CR 30 (Macomber Rd.).

The two sections of CR 26 are linked by a 3.19 mile stretch of [Batavia-Oakfield] Townline Road between the eastern segment end and the western segment beginning.

Western section

The western section of CR 26 begins 3.19 miles further down Townline Road at New York State Route 63 (Lewiston Rd.) on the Batavia-Oakfield Town Line. Route 26 heads due east along Townline Road to New York State Route 98 (Oak Orchard Rd.) on the Batavia-Elba Town Line, for a distance of 2.85 miles. In total, CR 26 is 7.83 miles long.

Route 28

County Route 28 is a north–south route, named Clipnock Road, that's located in the northeastern part of Bethany and south-central part of the Town of Stafford. CR 28 begins its south end in Bethany, northeast of the hamlet of East Bethany, at CR 2 (East Bethany-Le Roy Rd.). CR 28 heads north-northeast through northeastern Bethany and into the Town of Stafford, and has a north end at New York State Route 5 (E. Main Street Rd.) near the hamlet of Stafford.

Route 30

County Route 30 is a north–south route that starts at its south end with New York State Route 5 (Main St.) and heads north along Slusser Road. Shortly after its start, CR 30 briefly turns west and then north again on its northerly course. At approximately 1.51 miles CR 30 passes under the New York State Thruway/Interstate 90. When CR 30 reaches the intersection of Galloway Road, its name changes to Macomber Road north of there. Route 30 comes to an end at 5.8 miles with New York State Route 63 (Judge Rd.) on the Alabama - Oakfield Town Line.
