The Champions are promoted to Tribute Cornwall/Devon and the runners-up, play the second team in Tribute Devon 1 over two legs, with the winning team gaining promotion. The bottom two teams are relegated to Tribute Cornwall 2.

Current Season
With the re-introduction of Tribute Cornwall 2 in 2011-12 the league will be reduced to seven teams playing each other three times to make 18 games each. The season starts on 1 October and finishes on 10 March.[1]

Play-offs
The runners-up plays the second placed team in Devon League 1 in a promotion play-off. The team with the best league record has home advantage.

Previous Seasons
2010-11
Veor promoted as champions and Pirates Amateurs promoted, after beating Wessex (Tribute Devon 1) 29-20 in the playoff. St Day, Perranporth, Illogan Park, St Agnes, and Redruth Albany are relegated to the re-formed Tribute Cornwall 2. Lankelly-Fowey withdrew during the season and their results expunged from the table.
2009-10
Roseland, as Champions, are promoted to the Tribute Cornwall/Devon League for season 2010-11. Veor as runners-up, lost at home to Honiton in the promotion play-off and, will stay in the Tribute Cornwall League for next season.[9]
2008-09
Stithians as Champions, were promoted to the Tribute Cornwall/Devon League for season 2009-10. With an increase from 12 to 16 teams in the aforementioned league, St Austell and Liskeard-Looe were also promoted. The two Cornwall leagues will combine for next season and Camborne School of Mines, Illogan Park, Lankelly-Fowey, Redruth Albany, St Agnes, St Day and Veor joined the remaining teams for the following season.[10]
