Diving

The Chinese diving team have already qualified 12 divers in all diving events at the 2012 Summer Olympics through the 2011 World Aquatics Championships. He Zi and Wu Minxia qualified for individual and synchronized women's 3 metre sprinboard; Qin Kai and Luo Yutong for synchronized men's 3 metre springboard; Wang Hao and Chen Ruolin for synchronized women's 10 metre platform; Qiu Bo and Huo Liang for synchronized men's 10 metre platform; Chen Ruolin and Hu Yadan for individual women's 10 metre platform; He Chong and Qin Kai for individual men's 3 metre springboard; and Qiu Bo and Zhou Luxin for individual men's 10 metre platform.

Field Hockey

The Chinese women's hockey team have qualified a team of 16 players for the games by virtue of winning the 2010 Asian Games hockey title.[5]

Based on their results at the 2011 Asian/Oceania Championships four Chinese pentathletes have qualified for London; Cao Zhongrong and Wang Guan have earnt places in the men's event; Chen Qian and Miao Yihua have earnt places in the women's event.[6]

China has qualified four athletes for singles table tennis events. Based on their world ranking as of 16 May 2011 Hao Wang and Jike Zhang have qualified for the men's event; Xiaoxio Li and Yan Guo have qualified for the women's event.[10]
