Milliken GO Station is a GO Transit train station located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, adjacent to the city's northern border. This is a relocated station, opened on September 6, 2005 on the Stouffville line.

The station was re-located south of Steeles Avenue, adjacent to the abandoned Canadian Tire store and accessed by a re-aligned Redlea Avenue. This new station has a straight platform long enough to accommodate a full-length train of ten carriages and a locomotive, so the conductor will have a good enough view from the 5th carriage to be able to open all doors safely. It has a 723 car parking lot, a dedicated passenger pick-up and drop-off area, and a station building with ticket sales counters, a waiting area, and public washrooms. Both the station building and the platforms are fully wheelchair-accessible.

The station is also served by TTC TTC Route 53 Steeles East buses (53A, 53B, 53E), and York Region Transit Route 8 Kennedy Bus Stops at the Steeles Avenue Kennedy Road intersection. During peak hours Monday to Friday, YRT Route 2 has limited-service connection via Old-Kennedy Rd and Denison St.

The former Milliken station (closed September 2, 2005), was located on the north side of Steeles in Markham and to the east of Market Village Mall. It consisted of a fenced off area with a small ticket booth and 2 large bus shelters. It was one of the most neglected GO railway stations because it was built on a sharp curve, and was much shorter than most GO stations. Because of that, trains presently could not open all their doors when stopped there. It had no parking and a small kiss-and-ride area. Most cars waiting for the trains were parked at Market Village (to the west of the station) or along Steeles Avenue (to the east of the station). The booth was removed in late 2005.
