Retinal rod rhodopsin-sensitive cGMP 3',5'-cyclic phosphodiesterase subunit delta is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PDE6D gene.[1][2][3]

Interactions

PDE6D has been shown to interact with ARL2,[4][5] RAP1A,[6][5] Rnd1,[6][5] Retinitis pigmentosa GTPase regulator[7] and HRAS.[5][6]
