The music video for "Dead, Jail or Rock 'N' Roll" featured Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose, and received substantial rotation on MTV, and was later covered by Warrant on their 2002 album, Under the Influence.
Reaching #161 in the Billboard Albums chart, #14 in the Finnish Albums chart and going gold in Japan, Not Fakin' It is Monroe's most commercially successful solo album to date.[2]
