Promotional performances began simultaneously with Super Junior's comeback single "U". This track is also Super Junior's first participation in an SMTown album.

"Dancing Out" is a dance pop single. The music video for the song was filmed in various locations within Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, Malaysia. A country of tropical climate, this music video correspondingly portrays an upbeat summer theme.
Promotion and reception
"Dancing Out" was released not long after "U", and Super Junior promoted both singles simultaneously in music programs. "Dancing Out" grabbed two awards, the SBS Popular Songs Mutizen Song and the #1 song at M.NET's M! Countdown.[1]
