(Spix, 1825)The Sharp-tailed Ibis (Cercibis oxycerca) is a species of bird in the Threskiornithidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Cercibis.[citation needed] It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland.
