He was invited to join the band and at first had accepted, however before the band were going to enter the studio to record their 6th album he was invited to join Avril Lavigne's band. He left Treble Charger, which led to the unofficial dismemberment of the band. Devin has now joined Evan Taubenfeld's band The Black List Club as lead guitarist. He will be joining the band later this year once they begin touring.
