Craig Wood Birth name Craig Wood Born 1978 Origin Vancouver, Canada Genres Punk rock, pop punk, alternative rock, pop rock Instruments Vocals, guitar, bass Labels Aquarius Associated acts Gob, Avril Lavigne David Craig Wood[1] (born 1978 in Vancouver) is Avril Lavigne's ex-rhythm guitarist and was previously a member of the Vancouver punk pop band Gob, where he played bass guitar. After Jesse Colburn left in 2003, Craig replaced him in Avril's band and left Gob; this was in 2004. Craig's debut show with Avril was in Edmonton at the 2004 Juno Awards. Craig has since left the band and now lives in Winnipeg with his wife and son.
