The Pike Road Town Council meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month.

There were 114 housing units at an average density of 30.8/sq mi (11.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 59.03% White, 40.32% Black or African American, 0.32% Asian, and 0.32% from two or more races.There were 110 households out of which 37.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.2% were married couples living together, 12.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 13.6% were non-families. 12.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.82 and the average family size was 3.07.
In the city the population was spread out with 25.8% under the age of 18, 8.7% from 18 to 24, 24.8% from 25 to 44, 33.5% from 45 to 64, and 7.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 96.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.8 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $86,492, and the median income for a family was $105,116. Males had a median income of $88,307 versus $17,321 for females. The
per capita income for the city was $36,912. About 13.7% of families and 19.8% of the population were below thepoverty line , including 38.6% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
