As a Melbourne bus company, it operates a number of bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government. Moorabbin Transit is a subdivision of Grenda's Bus Services, but covers more area for bus services in the City of Kingston. The founder of Moorabbin Transit is Ken Grenda.

History
In 1988, Ken Grenda has purchased four local bus companies operating his local area. Soon Grenda's had purchased Southland Bus Services, Camden Bus Company, Hampton Red and Hampton Green. Granda also notably bought Sandringham Bus Lines one year later. In 1990, the depot of Moorabbin transit has moved to its current site in Cheltenham on Philip Street.[1][citation needed]

- 812 Dandenong – Brighton via Parkmore SC, Mentone RS, Southland SC, Moorabbin RS (every day). Operated by Moorabbin Transit & Grenda's Bus Services.
- 821 Southland SC – Clayton via Heatherton (Monday to Friday). Operated by Moorabbin Transit.
