History

Today

It has the southernmost mangroves in the world.fact|date=August 2007 Tooradin has some attractions such as Sawtell's Inlet, and an old weatherboard Fishermans Cottage. It is a popular place for people travelling to Phillip Island to have a break.

The town in conjunction with neighbouring township Dalmore has an Australian Rules football team Tooradin-Dalmore competing in the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League.
