WWE Judgment Day

Judgment Day is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by World Wrestling Entertainment. The first edition of Judgment Day was in October 1998 as an In Your House event. This pay-per-view replaced Over the Edge after the 1999 event, which saw the death of Owen Hart. In 2000, Judgment Day became the annual May event which followed Backlash. From 2004 to 2006, Judgment Day was exclusive to the SmackDown! brand.

Judgment Day (2002) took place on May 19 2002 at the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This was the first pay-per-view to use the WWE name after the change from WWF, even though the promotional poster had the WWF logo.

**Regal pinned Brown.
*Eddie Guerrero defeated Rob Van Dam to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship (10:17)
**Guerrero pinned RVD with a backslide using the ropes for leverage.
*Trish Stratus (with Bubba Ray Dudley) defeated Stacy Keibler (with Reverend D-Von and Deacon Batista) to retain the WWE Women's Championship (2:54)
**Trish pinned Stacy after a Bulldog.

Judgment Day (2009) will be the eleventh annual Judgment Day professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It will take place on May 17, 2009 and will feature talent from the Raw, SmackDown, and ECW brands.
