The Adventures of Don Coyote and Sancho Panda is an animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera and Italian public service broadcaster RAI, loosely based on the main characters in Miguel de Cervantes' 17th century novel, Don Quixote: Don Quixote himself and Sancho Panza.

Plot

Don Coyote (voiced by Frank Welker) is a swordsman who goes around saving people. With the help of Don Coyote's noble steed Rosinante (voiced by Brad Garrett), Sancho Panda (voiced by Don Messick) and his voice-of-cynicism donkey Dapple (voiced by Frank Welker), these crusaders of chivalry rode the countryside fighting for truth, justice, and beauty.

It was first broadcast in 1989 in Europe, and then in the United States in 1990 as part of the syndicated package The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera.
