Collierville High School is a public high school (grades 9-12) serving Shelby County, Tennessee. It is located in Collierville, Tennessee. Its school colors are maroon and white. The school's mascot is the Dragon, dubbed by the elementary art teacher, Mrs. Ackerman, who designed it as 'Blister the Dragon'. It is part of the Shelby County School System.

Collierville High School is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and holds memberships in NASSP, the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA), NACAC, and SACAC.[1]

Academic programs

Academically, the school offers 2 Dual Enrollment, 22 Honors, and 24 Advanced Placement courses. Collierville High School also provides a strong array of elective courses.

Extra-curricular activities

Collierville High also has its own public-access television cable TV station located on its campus, serving the local Collierville Comcast community on channel 19.

Dr. Tim Setterlund, the school's principal for 19 years was recognized as the 2010 Tennessee Principal of the Year.[citation needed]
