The Opposition (Serbian: Опозиција; Opozicija) in Serbia is a term used to describe political parties represented in the parliament which are not a part of the government supported by the parliamentary majority. Current parties in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia that include the opposition are the Serbian Radical Party, Serbian Progressive Party, Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Liberal Democratic Party and Social Democratic Union.

Although largely constituent to a parliamentary majority, the following political parties point out that they are from the opposition, which is especially ambiguous for the minorities, and do not participate in the government: Christian Democratic Party of Serbia, Party for Democratic Action and Democratic Left of Roma. The League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina from the For a European Serbia coalition is a clear member of the ruling coalition, but does not participate itself in Cvetković's government and distances itself from it, having a critical approach.[citation needed]
