Dragan Tomić (Serbian: Драган Томић) (born 1936 in Pristina, Kingdom of Yugoslavia) is a former Speaker of the National Assembly, holding the position from 1994 to 2001.^[1][2] A member of the Socialist Party of Serbia, he next became acting President of Serbia^[3] from 23 July to 29 December 1997.

He was preceded by Slobodan Milošević and succeeded by Milan Milutinović.
