Ondipudur is a part of Coimbatore city located near Singanallur. It comes under Corporation of Coimbatore.

Ondipudur lies at the easternmost part of Coimbatore city separated from other part of city by Noyyal Ditch in west, Airport terminal area in the far north and railway bridge in east, also by loop of same Noyyal ditch which separates the town by a semi circular loop. Postcode of Ondipudur is 641016.

Ondipudur has two cinema theatres named Jaishanthi and Radharani. Schools include Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Matriculation Higher Secondary School, St.Joseph Matriculation higher secondary school, CRR Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Kalaimagal, ARN Matric, Govt. Boys high school, Govt. Girls high school, Paalvaadi and a college Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Maha Vidhyalaya College of Arts and Science. Shanthi Gears pvt. Limited, one of India's leading motor parts manufacturing company's HQ is located here. One and only electric cemetery of the city along with three individual cemeteries are here. Kannan departmental stores, one of the famous chain departmental stores in Tamil Nadu have established their stores and a wholesale bazaar.
