The 1988 OGAE Second Chance Contest was the 2nd OGAE Second Chance Contest, organised between members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE. Ten countries competed in the second contest, with 6 countries making their debut to the contest. Each country submitted one song that failed to win their national selections for the Eurovision Song Contest 1988.

The contest was held in Östersund in Sweden after OGAE Sweden won the 1987 contest with "Högt över havet" by Arja Saijonmaa. The winner's were again Sweden, with the winning song being "Om igen" by Lena Philipsson, which came second in the Swedish national selection for Eurovision Melodifestivalen 1988.
