North Carolina Highway 65 (NC 65) is an east-west highway in North Carolina north of Winston-Salem and Greensboro.

N.C. 65's eastern terminus (end) is Reidsville. Heading west, the highway passes through Stokesdale, Walnut Cove, Germanton, and to its western terminus just south of Rural Hall.
