Minami Minegishino3b (ノースリーブス Nōsurībusu , "No Sleeves") is a subunit from idol group AKB48's original team A, produced by Yasushi Akimoto. They debuted in 2008, and have had three Oricon top 10 singles to date. The group has released two digital singles under the name Persona (ペルソナ Perusona ).
The band's name is a stylised version of the phrase No Sleeves, which is a Wasei-eigo term for sleeveless clothes.
