(7)"My Only Star" is the sixth track on Finnish symphonic power metal band Amberian Dawn's 2008 album, River of Tuoni. As all of Amberian Dawn's compositions, the song was composed by band leader Tuomas Seppälä and its lyrics were written by lead singer Heidi Parviainen.
Composition
The song is River of Tuoni's only ballad, as well as the longest of the band's tracks to that date. It is slow and features heavy input from keyboard strings, accompanied by drums, distorted guitars and bass, alongside the soprano vocals of Heidi Parviainen.

In January of 2009, Amberian Dawn released a live music video recording of the song, with footage from the 2008 River of Tuoni tour, marking their first music video and so far only live recording.[1]
