NormandyMiss France 2010, the 63rd Miss France pageant, was held in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur on December 5, 2009. Malika Ménard of Normandy was crowned Miss France 2010 by the outgoing title-holder Chloe Mortaud of Albigeois Midi-Pyrénées (5th Runner-Up at Miss Universe 2009 and 3rd Runner-Up of Miss World 2009).
For the first time since 1987, Miss France was crowned by viewers' votes (after the 5 finalists were announced during the live broadcast). Only the judges selected the top 5 (in the top 12).

Malika Ménard represented the country at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant in Las Vegas on August 23, 2010. Runners-up represented the country in other pageants, including Miss World 2010 and Miss Europe 2010.
