European Championships 2004 in Budva was the fifth lightest of the male Thai-Boxing tournaments and involved four fighters. Each of the matches was three rounds of two minutes each and were fought under Thai-Boxing rules.
In the final W.K.N. pro champion Andrei Kotsur of Belarus defeated Cypriot Philip Billides by unanimous decision to win gold. Defeated semi finalists Italian Michele Iezzi and Hungarian József Vulics had to make do with bronze medals.[1]
