The men's light bantamweight (51 kg/112.2 lbs) Thai-Boxing division at the W.A.K.O. European Championships 2004 in Budva was the lightest of the male Thai-Boxing tournaments and was also the smallest involving just two fighters. Each of the matches was three rounds of two minutes each and were fought under Thai-Boxing rules.

As there were only two men in the tournament, both fighters went straight to the final. The gold medallist was Giampiero Marceddu from Italy who defeated Dragan Durmić of host nation Serbia and Montenegro.
