The men's cruiserweight (86 kg/189.2 lbs) Thai-Boxing division at the W.A.K.O. European Championships 2004 in Budva was the third heaviest of the male Thai-Boxing tournaments and involved five fighters. Each of the matches was three rounds of two minutes each and were fought under Thai-Boxing rules.

Because there were not enough men for a tournament designed for eight, three of the men had byes through to the semi finals. The gold medal was won by Belarus's Yauhen Anhalevich who defeated Russia's Osman Valabov in the final by split decision. The bronze medal positions were taken by Misa Baculov from Serbia and Montenegro and Igor Jurkovic from Croatia.[1]
