The men's middleweight (75 kg/165 lbs) Thai-Boxing division at the W.A.K.O. European Championships 2004 in Budva was the fifth heaviest of the male Thai-Boxing tournaments and involved six fighters. Each of the matches was three rounds of two minutes each and were fought under Thai-Boxing rules.

As there were too few fighters for a tournament designed for eight, two of the competitors received a bye through to the semi finals. The gold medal match was won by Krasimir Dimov of Bulgaria who defeated Belarusian Kiryl Astraukhan in the final by unanimous decision. The bronze medal places were taken by defeated semi finalists Marco Mastrorocco from Italy and Islam Tsomaev from Russia.[1]
