The men's light middleweight (71 kg/156.2 lbs) Thai-Boxing division at the W.A.K.O. European Championships 2004 in Budva was the sixth heaviest of the male Thai-Boxing tournaments and involved six fighters. Each of the matches was three rounds of two minutes each and were fought under Thai-Boxing rules.

Because there were too few fighters for a tournament designed for six, two of the men had a bye through to the semi finals. The tournament gold medal went to Shamil Gaydarbekov of Russia who defeated Frane Radnić of Croatia by unanimous decision. Defeated semi finalists Vitali Astrouski and Mark Ohi of Belarus and Hungary respectively, won bronze medals.[1]
