Maybach Music Group is a record label founded by Rick Ross, currently distributed by Warner Bros. Records, which took over distribution following the expiration of a deal with Def Jam Recordings.

Maybach Music Group released its first album in 2009 following Rick Ross's Deeper Than Rap. After the release Rick Ross focused more on signing artists to his label, discovering artists such as Masspike Miles. He signed Gunplay (born Richard Morales) from Miami, Masspike Miles (born Miles Wheeler) from Boston, Ma. Torch (born Kevin Belnavis) from the Bronx, and Young Breed to Maybach Music Group and released his label's second studio album and being Triple C's debut album Custom Cars & Cycles. Then, in 2010, Ross released Teflon Don. Also Ross' Maybach Music Group label will release another album titled Color, Cut & Clarity by Triple C's. In 2010, Ross made an offer to rapper Wiz Khalifa to sign to Maybach Music Group but Khalifa decided to sign with Atlantic instead.[2] In 2011, Rick Ross confirmed he does intend to launch Maybach Music Jamaica along with Maybach Music Latino.[3] He has also signed Maybach Music Group's first reggae artist, Magazeen. On May 23, 2011, Maybach Music Group released the album Self Made Vol. 1 which features Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Pill and Wale.
