Ganj Peth

Ganj Peth is an area in Pune city. This is bordered by Guruwar Peth, Nana Peth, Bhavani Peth and Lohiya Nagar. This was developed by British government after 1818 for administration. This area is also called as Mahatma Phule Peth after late Mahatma Phule (a social reformer). This Peth has got a Timber market. the Bhavani Mata fish market is also located in this area.
