Daniel Nicholas Noonan (born July 14, 1965 in Lincoln, Nebraska) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys from 1987–1992 and Green Bay Packers also in 1992.

After going to high school at Northeast (Lincoln, NE), Noonan attended the University of Nebraska. Noonan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers over the course of his six-year career.

Noonan's best year statistically was 1988, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown and recorded 7.5 sacks, which represented half of his career total of 15.
