History
- In 1997, Crossover FM Cebu used to broadcast in 93.1 MHz under the ownership of Mareco Broadcasting Network, Inc.. Now, 93.1 MHz is now broadcasting the all BisRock station Smash FM.
- In 2003, Mareco Broadcasting Network, Inc. took over the frequency of 90.7 MHz and a new studio at Doña Luisa bldg. in Fuente Osmena and rebranded as 90.7 Crossover. It used to broadcast 90.7 DYAC FM, the all-dance station and 90.7 Energy FM under Ultrasonic Broadcasting System Inc..
