Temporal range: 299–270 Ma Lower PermianScientific classification Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Chordata Class: Amphibia Order: †Temnospondyli Family: †Dissorophidae Genus: †Conjunctio Conjunctio is a fossil genus of amphibian, with at least one described species, C. multidens Carroll, 1964[1].
The holotype was found in 1911 in the Lower Permian Abo Formation, in New Mexico, Rio Arriba County at the west side of Peurco River opposite El Rito. It consists of the skull and post-cranial material including femora, humeri, scapulae, pelvis, a section of the vertebral column, and armor.
