Embajador de Colombia a la Mancomunidad de AustraliaStyle His Excellency Appointer Juan Manuel Santos Calderón Inaugural holder Antonio Puerto Tovar Formation 11 April 1989 The Ambassador of Colombia to Australia is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia to the Commonwealth of Australia, accredited as Concurrent Non-Resident Ambassador to New Zealand.
The Ambassador is Colombia's foremost diplomatic representative in Australia, and chief of mission in Canberra. The officeholder is charged with representing the interest of the President and Government of Colombia and advancing the relations between Colombia and the accredited countries.
