since 5 April 2006Style His Excellency Appointer Juan Manuel Santos Calderón Salary EUR€6,490 (monthly)[1] Website Embassy's Website The Colombian Ambassador to Belgium is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia to the Kingdom of Belgium, accredited as Concurrent Non-Resident Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the European Union.
The Ambassador is Colombia's foremost diplomatic representative in Belgium, and chief of mission in Brussels. The officeholder is charged with representing the interest of the President and Government of Colombia and advancing the relations between Colombia and the accredited countries and organizations.
