It has an air-conditioned bus interchange Clementi Bus Interchange, which is also linked to Clementi MRT Station. It also houses two 40 story HDB blocks and a Town Council.
It is very popular with students from ACJC, Tanglin Secondary School, Fairfield Methodist Secondary School, Clementi Town Secondary School, NUS High School, Nan Hua High School, ACS (Independent), United World College, NUS, SIM and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
