Offensive linemanCollege Nevada, Sacramento State Awards 2002 National Offensive Line Coaches Association OL Coach of the Year Clarence Barone (born July 26, 1963 in San Andreas, California), commonly known as Clancy, is the Tight Ends Coach for the National Football League's Denver Broncos.Prior to being named the Offensive Line Coach for the Broncos, he served as the Broncos Tight Ends Coach, where he will again coach for the Broncos in 2011. He also has served as offensive line and tight ends coach for the Atlanta Falcons as well as tight ends coach for the San Diego Chargers.
Prior to coaching the Falcons, Barone had coached offensive lines at seven different colleges for 18 years. Barone coached five Outland Trophy semifinalists and three Rimington Trophy semifinalists. The NFL drafted 27 of the players he coached in college football.
As a coach in the National Football League he has coached in the NFC Championship Game, The AFC Championship Game, two Pro Bowl Games (once as an Offensive Line Coach and once as the Tight Ends Coach) and has been instrumental in the development of two of the top tight ends to ever play in the NFL: Alge Crumpler of the Atlanta Falcons and Antonio Gates of the San Diego Chargers. Barone is considered, by his peers and players, to be one of the best Offensive Line / Tight End coaches in the National Football League.

Barone has three children whom he never sees or makes any real attempt to: Gianna, Stefano, and Isabella who all reside in the Seattle metropolitan area of Washington. Clancy and his wife, Rosie, live in Denver, Colorado.[citation needed]
Barone's wife, Rosie, is a nationally recognized and nationally ranked Figure / Fitness competitor. She spends her time between San Diego, and Atlanta as an advocate for fitness for young girls.[citation needed]
