Clarence Barone (born July 26, 1963 in San Andreas, California), commonly known as Clancy, is the tight ends coach for the National Football League's San Diego Chargers. He also has served as offensive line and tight ends coach for the Atlanta Falcons.

Prior to coaching the Falcons, Barone had coached offensive lines at seven different colleges for 17 years. Barone coached five Outland Trophy semifinalists and three Rimington Trophy semifinalists. The NFL drafted 27 of the players he coached in college football.As a coach in the National Football League he has had unparalleled success; he as coached in the NFC Championship Game, The AFC Championship Game, two Pro-Bowl Games and has been instrumental in the development of two of the top Tight Ends to ever play in the NFL; Alge Crumpler (Falcons) and Antonio Gates (Chargers).

Clancy has three children: Gianna, Stefano, and Isabella who all reside in Washington. Clancy is currently married to nationally ranked fitness model/competitor Rosanne Barone and resides in the San Diego area.
