P.H.U.Q. is an album by British Rock band The Wildhearts. It was released in May 1995 on East West Records and reached #6 in the UK Albums Chart. Ginger has said the title of the album is pronounced "fuck" in the 'Ask Ginger' section of the band's official website. Guitarist/singer C.J was fired from the band during the recording of the album, and some songs were recorded with only one guitar.

After "Getting It," the hidden track "Don't Worry 'bout Me" starts at the 4:40 mark. A German version contains the bonus tracks "Inglorious" and "Schizophonic." All of these bonus tracks are also available on the album Fishing for Luckies.
