P.H.U.Q. is an album by British Rock band The Wildhearts. It was released in May 1995 on East West Records and reached #6 in the UK Albums Chart. Ginger has said the title of the album is pronounced "fuck" in the 'Ask Ginger' section of the band's official website. Guitarist/singer C.J was fired from the band during the recording of the album, and some songs were recorded with only one guitar.

A German version contains the bonus tracks "Inglorious" and "Schizophonic." All of these bonus tracks are also available on the album Fishing for Luckies.
