Highway 10 is a provincial highway in Ontario, Canada. This highway joins Brampton to Owen Sound. Prior to the 1998 downloadings, Highway 10's southern terminus was at Highway 2 at Mississauga.

Administration of portions of Highway 10 were downloaded to the City of Brampton in 1998 to facilitate the extension of Highway 410. This also included the entire routing in Mississauga, better known as Hurontario Street.

Highway 10 is concurrent with:
* Highway 7 through downtown Brampton. (prior to downloading, and Highway 410)
* Highway 9 through Orangeville, prior to by-pass.
* Highway 24 from Caledon Village to Shelburne. (prior to downloading)
* Highway 89 from Primrose to Shelburne.
* Highway 6 from Chatsworth to Owen Sound.

As of 2005, planning is in place to eventually convert Highway 10 to Owen Sound to a full 400-Series HighwayFact|date=July 2007. The first phase of this project, currently underway, is to link Highway 410 north of Brampton to Highway 10 in Caledon.

Classified as a "Key construction project" is the planned widening of Highway 10 from two to four lanes, in the section of road from Caledon Village to Highway 9.
