Its southern terminus is at its interchange with U.S. Route 52 in Manchester and its northern terminus is at its interchange with U.S. Route 62 near Winchester.
History
- State Route 136 was originally routed from Panhandle (at the intersection of State Route 136 and State Route 125 west of West Union) to its existing terminus at U.S. Route 62.[1]
- State Route 136 was extended from Panhandle to Manchester in 1926.[1]
