UkrainePresident Oleksandra Nikolayenko Website Official Website Miss Ukraine Universe (Ukrainian: Міс Україна Всесвіт) is a beauty pageant that began in 2006, after the Miss Ukraine Organization lost the franchise to Oleksandra Nikolayenko.[1][2] The winner of the pageant represents Ukraine at the Miss Universe contest. Historically, Ukraine was represented at Miss Universe by the first runner up of the Miss Ukraine pageant.
The current Miss Ukraine Universe is Olesya Stefanko of Odessa.[3]
Contents
History
Oleksandra was invited by Donald Trump to Judge at Miss Universe in 2005. Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005 was invited by Oleksandra to visit Ukraine to promote Miss Ukraine Universe contest in 2006.[4] The first edition of the contest was won by Inna Tsymbalyuk.[1]
